Reuters first to report UK PM May clinches legally binding Brexit backstop changes, deputy says

Reuters was first to report that British Prime Minister Theresa May clinched changes to her Brexit deal in her bid to win last-minute support for her Brexit deal before it went to a vote, senior minister David Lidington said.
