Reuters exclusively reports new allegations against Ghosn concern payments to Saudi businessman

Reuters exclusively reported that ousted Nissan Chairman Carlos Ghosn’s third arrest focused on what prosecutors said was a novel misuse of company funds: he used them to pay a Saudi businessman believed to have helped him out of financial difficulties. Japanese authorities say they believe that Ghosn sought help from Khaled Al-Juffali, vice chairman of E. A. Juffali and Brothers, and a member of the board at the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority.
